Airplane Etiquette-The Top Ten | Strangest Things-While Flying | Truly Funny Stories | Friendly Flying

A Quick Reference of Popular Aircraft Manufacturers' Commercial Airplanes & Engines :

The aircraft specifications below are compiled from several aircraft and engine manufacturers’ web sites. If there's a data field missing it's because I could not find it. I frequently use the table to get a quick idea of what a plane can do, and refer to the detail when, I need… more detail.  Manufacturers tend to inflate the performance of their own aircraft, so in general terms the numbers quoted here for maximum seating, and maximum range really should be regarded as the absolute maximum. Seating and range in the real world will generally be less than those maximums.

If you want more technical details on Airbus or Boeing's (plus McDonnell Douglas) aircraft click these links: Airbus Detailed Specs or Boeing Detailed Specs (7x7 range only, so far) or McDonnell Douglas Detailed Specs.
